Ken Follet - Key to Rebecca

Well again Ken Follet fails to make his story realistic, the background is but the war atmosphear isn't there, again the author can only handle a limited number of character with each a predefined trait from which he does not divert. The added puddic sexuality is just enough to keep the reader salivating without ever shocking, making sure to appeal to a more feminine audience. The story itself is predictable from the first chapter and lucky for the characters the story has been decided before them, they have nothing to fear for the author tries to write like he'd make an hollywood movie. Sit down read, have a good time, forget. Good to read on a plane or on vacation when you don't want the book to make an impression on you.
